I was lucky enough to happen upon this wonderful sauce! It’s a perfect combination of bright flavours and warm spices that don’t overwhelm other components of the meal. Overall this is a great sauce to try, it’s a new family favourite.

I love both the sweet and the hot RioLago! This is such a tasty easy sauce to use with anything from chicken to appetizers. Great flavour , it’s perfect the not too hot , hot sauce! Yum !

Coming from a Caribbean decent I’m jaded by our flavourful sauces and spice . This hot sauce was amazing! Reminded me of my grandparents cooking ! Definitely a staple in Caribbean culture ! Paul it was a pleasure meeting you outside Big Reds the one day! Keep it up !
