The combination of sweet pineapple and heat in amazing. A unique sauce worth the time and cost. Especially since other ‘sweet heat’ sauces often rely on a sugary maple kind of flavour – this is a particulary original creation!

I came across this hot sauce at the St. Catharines Market a couple of weeks ago. Wow! The sauce is amazing! My hubba’s tolerance to heat is not so great, so the mild version is great for him! Win-win!
