As a Baku resident, I’m always looking for exciting flavors to add to my traditional dishes. Recently, I tried Rio Lago sauce, and I’m pleasantly surprised!
The sauce itself is sweet and slightly piquant. It has a unique flavor profile that I haven’t quite experienced before, but it complements a variety of dishes well. I particularly enjoyed it with lamb and chicken, cooked in traditional Azeri way. The sauce added a curry complexity that I really liked.
