Its unique Caribbean flavour goes well with chicken, eggs, rice or virtually anything else you would typically put hot sauce on. I can’t wait to try what is next.

Got this as a gift for Christmas, and opened it almost immediately. This is almost my ideal hot sauce. Great flavor, put it in scrambled eggs and you get the full flavor. The curry comes in nicely, then the pineapple with a hint of mustard, and heat that lingers, but not in an unpleasant way, just a nice warmth that coats your mouth.
So naturally, I let the guys at work try it, and they all raved about how good it is.
Would love to see something similar with some ginger in it.
