The sweet heat is great. I use it to spice up ramen or scrambled eggs.
The mild is really approachable and a nice touch on burgers or chicken off the bbq!

In the middle of the mediterrenean me and my fellow filipino’s tried this on the rig. And we are really impressed with the RioLago sauce, the balance of the spice, mustard and pineapple is amazing! Superb hope we could have it in the philippines. Thanks paul for giving a chance to try it. Love it

I am in LOVE with this sauce. I prefer a little more heat so the Hot was perfect for me. We recently threw a surprise birthday party for my sister and we had almost 100 guests attend. I made porketta and it was marinated in the mild sauce, I also had the hot on side in case they wanted to add some extra on top. Everyone raved about the porketta. It was the best they ever had. I have dripped it over chicken breast and baked it. SO GOOD. I am a customer for life. Huge fan. I look forward to see what is next!

I am a bit of a pansy when it comes to spicy sauce so I mixed the hot and the mild together……perfect for me!! Best combo for me was on pork tenderloin medallions on the BBQ. Amazing in chicken stir fry and on steak too
